Homework term 2 week 10
The Earth coughed and spluttered because there was lots of pollution from cars, factories, planes.
The Earth started to smile when people started to use wind turbines, planted trees and flowers, rode bikes instead of cars. The sun started to shine.

WALT: Back up main points with supporting detail when we write reports. THE NEW FIELD AT BOROUGH Borough school is getting a new field. The students need a new field because it isn’t level and there are dirt patches everywhere. The field was to be dug up. The trees need to be cut down. A digger and a scraper dug up the ground. Then some people chopped down the trees. Then they had to plant the seeds. A wee tractor came along and sowed the seeds. The students will enjoy their new field.
